These students participated in a great variety of workshops held here at Studio Thirty Eight. Many students come with varying levels of painting experience, while for others this is their first painting. You can see from the gallery photos that they have all done a great job.

Although these individual projects are done from the same design, each student gets lots of opportunity for self expression within the parameters of the project. The set-by-step instruction in the wet-on-wet oil painting method I use provides each student with the ability to complete a very good painting - one that they can be proud of.

The small workshops, seven students maximum, allow time for me to guide and assist each student towards the completion of the project.
